E-Medical Trace is an investigative report which searches all hospital/pharmacy facilities in the areas where your subject has lived/worked in order to uncover prior medical treatments, especially those which have not been reported by the subject. We compile our findings into a concise, easy-to-read report, which is posted to a secure web page (see Sample Report), or sent to you by fax, if preferred.

THREE REPORT CATEGORIES

Washington Research Associates offers three categories of Medical Trace Reports for you to consider.

A. HOSPITAL Trace Reports

Does your subject have an undisclosed prior Medical Treatment History?
Has your subject suffered new, undisclosed injuries?
Is your subject unable or unwilling to supply a complete Medical History?

In compiling our HOSPITAL Trace Report, our researcher begins by determing your subject's address history for the past seven years. The address history is then utilized to determine which geographic areas are to be searched. (You can specify additional geographic areas if you wish.)

Our proprietary medical facility databases are then used to assist the researcher in contacting the right people at all hospitals in those geographic areas. The researcher then prepares an E-MedicalTrace HOSPITAL report detailing all inpatient, outpatient, or emergency room treatment received by your subject.

The HOSPITAL Trace Report also includes a seven year address history, and DOB and SSN verifications.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike competing services we place no limits on the number of hospitals we contact. Our goal is to contact all hospitals in your subject's geographic areas.

B. PHARMACY Trace Report

Has your subject been using undisclosed prescription medications?
Has your subject engaged in prescription fraud (e.g., unauthorized duplicate refillings of a prescription)?

Washington Research Associates' researchers contact all identifiable pharmacies in your subject's geographic areas, or areas you specify, to determine which may have dispensed prescription medications to your subject and, if available, the dates when the medications were dispensed.

The PHARMACY Trace report also includes a seven year address history, and DOB and SSN verifications.

C. COMPREHENSIVE Trace Report

The COMPREHENSIVE Trace Report combines all information supplied by the HOSPITAL and PHARMACY Trace Reports. It provides you with the most complete picture obtainable of your subject's medical treatment history.

TURNAROUND TIME ON REPORTS

Your report will ordinarily be completed within 3-4 business days. It will be posted to a secure web page, and we will email you the web page URL and password (or send report by fax, if preferred).
